- The internet is also called as world-wide system of
computer networks that are connected through routers and servers. - If one or more computers are connected to the Internet then, they can send and get any kind of information like audios, texts, images, etc.
- Internet is generally used to get and know about lots of information around the world.
- The internet uses TCP/ IP in order to transfer information through different types of media.
- In China, Internet is used by around 746 million people. It has the highest number of internet users. The second highest number is India, where Internet is used by 699 million users. In the United States, there are around 245 million people uses Internet which is in third place. In Japan, 177 million people use the Internet which is in fifth place.
