Type of Research :- Research methodology is a way to systematic solve the research problem.it is a procedure, which is followed step by step to solve a particular research problem. There are basically four types of researches ❖ EXPLORATIVE RESEARCH ❖ DESCRIPTIVE RESEARCH ❖ DIAGNOSTIC RESEARCH ❖ HYPOTHESIS TESTING RESEARCH ➢ Explorative Research :- To gain familiarity with the phenomenon or to achieve an insight into it. ➢ Descripitive Research :- To poetry accurately the characteristic of the particular individual situation or a group. ➢ Diagnostic Research :- To determine the frequency with which something occurs or with which it is associate with something else. ➢ Hypothesis Testing Research :- To test a hypothesis of casual relationship between variables. The present project is Decriptive in nature. It is done to poetry accurately the characteristic of a particular individual situation or a group. The major purpose is descriptive research is the description of the state of the affairs as it exits at presents. The main characteristics of this method are that the researcher has no
Research can be used in many methods, for example: questionnaires, television, leaflets, books etc. it allows us to keep up to date on the new findings or discoveries e.g. a new type of cancer or a new vaccination. Research is the investigation into
Research can be defined as the search for knowledge, or as any systematic investigation, with an open mind, to establish novel facts, solve new or existing problems, prove new ideas, or develop new theories. Research can be divided into different steps in order to understand the whole process more in depth. The first step towards conducting research is to observe. Consistst of the subject area of ones interest and following that subject area to conduct subject related research. The subject area should not be randomly chosen since it requires reading a vast amount of
Research can be termed as an organised process, study or enquiry so that it helps to provide description, explanation and assumptions for the observation of the phenomenon. It can also be stated as a process of finding useful information and investigating the unknown to solve a realistic problem (Shuttleworth, 2008). The definition of research has been stated in Oxford dictionary as “the systematic way of investigation into and study of sources and information so as to establish ideas and facts
The most important aim of this volume was to show the proper way of perception of the surrounding world by a poet. The importance of expression was emphasised, thus the piece of writing should be an example of expressive rather than mimetic art. The nature of poetry was described as “the spontaneous overflow of powerful feelings”. Every human being who wants to be authentic should try to find new forms of expression. One can notice these attempts in Lyrical Ballads (Zbierski, 451). The romantic aesthetic programme included four main points which covered themes and language of works, aims of romantic literature and the structure of romantic poetry which is still influential.
Traditional research uses a variety of research methodologies- particular techniques are utilized to accumulate and examine data, provide various interpretations of a particular subject.
According to Depoy and Gittin, research is a way individuals think about problems in systematic way. Research is generally described as description, exploration, analysis, prediction and problem solving. There are different types of research and these researches are called the experiments, quasi-experiments and non-experiments. The purpose of research is to provide the insight to practice, it also enhance individuals understanding as well as developing new approaches with different topics, get to test your research for effectiveness. Understanding research is important because it helps to build individuals knowledge bases and informs decision making in practice. Research also enable us to make sure that our practice are up to date with relevant information.
Research methods are “the various specific tools or ways data can be collected and analysed, e.g. a questionnaire, interview, etc.” (Neville, C, 2007).
The scientific methods of research has five different steps, which are: Objectives, Hypotheses, Methods, Conduct, Synthesize.
Research is the systematic investigation of the study of materials in order to establish facts, and help get to new conclusions. There are four types of research used to help with answering many questions in science. The four types are causal comparative, descriptive, experimental, and correlational researches. Causal comparative researches look for the cause of some type of effect. Descriptive researches look for a common characteristic within a similar population and determine how various characteristics affect behavior or achievement. Experimental research seeks for the effect of certain factors, also to find the independent variable and dependent variable of the experiment. Correlational research seeks for the relationships between variables in an effort to determine relationship between them.
Research Methods- refers to specific ways or techniques of conducting research on A topic. Example: two people do a study on dog anxiety. One uses existing data. The other uses data from research they have conducted through interviews of dog owners. Social Darwinism- The theory that people and groups can be thought to be under the same laws of natural selection as all plants and animals. Example: Believing that one race is superior to another. As if it were thought that one race or ethnic group was superior so they claim dominance over others. Reliability- The point to which an instrument of measure give recurrent answers and/or results each time it is used as long as the thing being measured stays the same. Example: The temperature in your vehicles engine stayed the same everyday. A reliable temperature gauge would give you the same temperature reading everyday. Note however, the temperature in the car could be different each day but if the gauge read seventy-five every day it would still be considered reliable. Ethnography- The study of different cultures and the people of the cultures. Example: A college student is visiting a school in a different county to study and take note of the different things going on in the school. Questionnaire- A research instrument including questions in an attempt to gather information. Example: A local gym has had a lot of complaints lately about cleanliness, but the members of the gym have not specified to the staff what needs to change.
The type of method that my research will be based on is qualitative research. I will be collecting analysing and interpreting data by observing what people think and their actions (do and say). I will be creating questionnaires in which I will be able to get the opinions of other people.•
With the understanding of the research philosophy and the selection of the appropriate approach made above, now it is much easier to strategize the type of research to solve the research problem and its sub-problems. There are many strategies in research. The most common ones are experimenting, survey, case study, action research, grounded theory, ethnography and archival research.
The research process is a systematic approach that is carried out with a particular aim or purpose. However, in order to come up to a conclusion based on the objective of the research, the researchers collect a multitude of information that can be analyzed. This is a normal course of action that is applied to all research and evaluation projects, despite of the fact that research method involves a scientific method of inquiry or an evaluation based research or action research.
Many people turn to short-term consumer loans when they are in need of quick funds. This money can be used to pay for electricity, food, emergency supplies and gas. There are no restrictions on how the money can be spent. That is why there is a lot of flexibility offered to the borrower.
Research methodology is a way how the research is conducted step by step and in order. There are two methods used for data collection which is the primary data and secondary data. These data can be obtained and used many ways. The data is taken and analyzed in advance to produce a result that we can use for research and future reference. This study will relate to the objective we want to achieve and finding the answer to every objective we seek. In order to successfully achieve the objectives we seek, we must know
