My favorite restaurant to eat at is Chick-Fil-A. I like Chick-Fli-A because the food is good, the wait is not long, and the employees are always nice. I have always enjoyed eating at Chick-Fli-A. When I was younger I would always try to get done eating fast so I could go play in the small indoor playground. There would always be a lot of kids in the play area. We would play hide-and-go-seek or whatever other game that we wanted. When I was younger I was a very picky eater, so the only thing I would ever eat at Chick-Fli-A was the chicken nuggets. In his autobiography, Eat Mor Chikin® Inspire More People, Cathy explains how he came from humble beginnings, but rose up to create millions and billions of dollars in the fast food industry. His business ideas are all fairly simple, but revolutionary. Values he has put in place have built the company up to be extraordinary. This book was entertaining: he described the precedent that CFA would only hire people who deserved the job and could do it well, how he ensured that the company was privately owned so the owners would care about it as much as he did, and how he ensured his company would give back to the community and to God the blessings they have received. I think this is a great book for anyone, especially for someone who adores Chick-Fil-A like me!
I have certainly not heard anyone say anything cynical about Chick-fil-A’s customer service. Seemingly, the workers are constantly in an upbeat and serving mood. Occasionally, I would joke and exclaim “Chick-fil-A employees treat me better than my own family,” just to emphasize how courteous the employees are. Optimistically managing customer relationships is the essence of a successful organization and Chick-fil-A has proven that to be true, coupled with grade A customer service. In a world where it is rare to receive exceptionally mannered and courteous customer service from fast food restaurants, Chick-fil-A is in a category of its own excelling past customers expectations. In today’s economy, with the amount of money we pay for food, we want enough to satisfy us and be worth the money. Quality is a high standard in today’s food industry. Chick-fil-A is a cleanest restaurant I've ever been to. The bathrooms are clean, and the whole restaurant is clean. Their servers always say “my pleasure” or “have a nice day”.Their prices are not expensive, but not cheap. For example even get a chicken sandwich for $3.05 or 6 piece nuggets for $4.05.

My most favorite of all time restaurants to dine at is The Cheesecake Factory. This restaurant is a famous corporate chain of restaurants that offers a widespread variety of all types of American dishes and of course specializes in the most amazing variety of the best tasting cheesecakes. I love the experience of dining at the Cheesecake factory because the atmosphere is so welcoming and the artwork on the ceilings make you feel very lavish, the food is great and the service is excellent. A particular visit last month proved to me that Cheesecake factory lives up to the expectations of its guests.
There are many factors that I can improve on in the future for the next observations. First of all the organization of the data along with the time measurement are improvements that can be made. Instead of measuring five minutes I would measure every 15 minutes, making it four rounds in one hour. Within that hour we can also use a timer so that we don’t lose track of time. Also the time that we had to measure was on a Monday and Wednesday, for the next observation I would add in a Tuesday or Thursday. Since the observation was done on a campus we didn’t get different age ranges besides the college age. Aside from visiting the fast food hotspot with my volleyball team every away game we have had since my freshman year, I visit this location with me nieces as well giving me plenty of experience with the environment set forth. Chick-fil-A uses their simple look inside and out, their attentive service, the community based events held at the restaurant, and providing a simple form of information through their website to give a family friendly environment for all ages to come and enjoy while eating their fresh food.

Golden Corral is probably one of my favorite buffet’s because the food is pretty good and it isn’t really expensive. In the summertime my grandpa took my brother and I there almost once a week. He likes it because he knows a lot of people there, senior citizens get good discounts, and because it isn’t far away. To be honest I’m not really a big fan of buffet’s, because people can be very nasty and everyone has to touch the same things.

The drinks always have free refills It also is very child friendly has most restaurants where they even have a play land for the kids and have kids meals. The restaurant is always clean inside and the wait for all foods are less than 15-20 minutes. The employees look very clean they always have ironed clothes and is always wearing their full uniform.
