At the highest level it is fairly easy to state that Sales happen in a Store, Customers buy Products and Products are sold to Customers but this does not accurately define the cardinality of each relationship which, shows the numeric quantity on each side of the relationship. For example, how many sales take place in one store?
Following this procedure through we can arrive at a list which shows a detailed breakdown of the relationships, and as we have 6 entities there should be a total of 30 relationships as each entity will have a relationship with every other entity (5 each).

Sales ⋄ Customers: 1 sale is made per customer
Customers ⋄ Products: 1 customer can buy multiple products
Products ⋄Customers: 1 product can be purchased by multiple customers
Customers ⋄ Stores: 1 customer can purchase in multiple shops
Stores ⋄ Customers: 1 store can service multiple customers
Stores ⋄ Products: 1 store has multiple products
Products ⋄ Stores: 1 product can be sold in multiple stores
Stores ⋄ Sales: in 1 store multiple sales can be made
Sales ⋄ Stores: 1 sale can only be made in 1 store at the same time
Products ⋄ Sales: 1 product can

The most important benefit of the database is to change unstructured information into structured information, and allow users to analysis the data stored into different tables with the help of queries. Before database, all the information used to stored into paper and other unstructured computer programs, due to which getting required information process was very slow. Due to database, all the
* As explained throughout this course, entity relationship modeling is a critical element of database design. If the database is not properly modeled, it is unlikely that the database will be properly developed. Using this knowledge, explain the key reasons why entity relationship modeling is important, and determine at least (1) way in which it impacts the overall development of the database.
Prior to designing my database, I will have a clear understanding of the data. This will allow me to determine the purpose of the database. Once all information is

The past thirty years have seen increasingly rapid advances in the field of Database. Moreover the amount of data being stored in electronic format has been increased dramatically. This increased gives rise to increase accumulation of data at a very quick rate. In addition, the volume of information in the world has been projected to doubles every two years. For example, the health care database system or financial database system is worth instances for the types of data that are being collected and increased dramatically. In fact we are living in a world where vast amounts of data are collected daily and we cannot stop our live to interact with data because we are actually living in an age of the data. There are Terabytes or
