INTRODUCTION Management is the process of managing a business through people by using the role of the Directorate. There are four managements’ functions including planning, organising, leading and controlling. Every organisation has its employers who can determine the success and failure of their business. Over the last few decades, it has been a growing competition among institutions from all over the globe. Therefore, there have been some of the ways, which have altered organisations and jobs. However, working with different nationalities is not an easy task to do as managers should understand and learn the cultures of those people. Therefore, employees should have a leadership and managerial skills, so that they can lead and organise their staff from outside of their country (Lee 2012). TECHNOLOGY Technology is another way, which has changed organisations and jobs over the past ten years. Technology has transformed the way managers work. It has enabled employees to collaborate much efficiently by communicating with their co-workers through the mobile phone, notebook and any other electronic device at anytime and anywhere (Lee 2012). Additionally, the digital technology has made many workers working more effectively and efficiently. Recently, in Northern Australia, an agro-business, particularly in cattle’s farms, has made a significant change through advanced technology (Bendon 2014). The owner of this industry has created an app calls “Iherd ' '. This app automatically connects with the electronic identification tags that are suited to the oxen and cows. The aim of this app is to enable managers as well workers to observe and detect the health problems of cattle in the farm (Bendom 2014). Therefore, the development of technology has made the tasks easier and quicker to be done. Also, the managers tend to be more productive and innovative. WORKFORCE
