The general manager, Barbara Tucker, has noticed that over the last four months the turnover rate has shot up to 64%. Not only is the turnover rate higher than usual, but also employees seemed unmotivated to do their job. There are more employees walking around doing nothing and more employees not doing their job well enough, resulting in complaints from the hospital administration in which they are working. After entering the data, it must be reviewed to catch any errors. Cleaning the data is done with basic steps. Of course the data is imported from the source, but there should always be some backup involved in order to keep the integrity of the data. In some cases the next step would be manipulation or spellchecking. This depends on what kind of data is involved. However, in this case spell checking is not necessary, but manipulation is. For instance with manipulation, they may have to add a column or two, or even add a zero randomly for missing data. Below is numbers 6-10 on the data set, the data has been cleaned up by changing the number 6 to the number 5 thus correcting the errors Sally made. Where a question wasn’t answered a zero was added to indicate missing data.

Measures of Central Tendency The example below lists the results for numbers 6-10. The measures of central tendency include mean, median, and mode. In this example the measures of central tendency will be calculated based on row B, which indicates the number of months that a particular employee has been with the company. The data being analyzed is the
2. Based on the scale of measurement for each variable listed below, which measure of central tendency is most appropriate for describing the data?
2. Based on the scale of measurement for each variable listed below, which measure of central tendency is most appropriate for describing the data?
Equality means that everyone has the right to be treated equally and appropriate for their individual needs.
· How were measures of central tendency used in the study? Did the study use the most appropriate measure of central tendency for the given data? Why or why not?
4. Calculate the following measures of central tendency for the set of cube measurement data. Show your work or explain your procedure for each.
Anyone that has not been vaccinated with the MMR vaccine is at risk for contracting measles. Other risk factors are vitamin A deficiency and traveling to third world countries. Coming in contact with someone that has this disease can increase your risk as well.
It is one of the most popular and well known measures of central tendency. It can be used with both discrete and continuous data, although its use is most often with continuous data

However, it is crucial to consider the effects of these different measures of central tendency, as the
As a consultant, Team A has analyzed and interpreted the second set of data. The intent is to increase senior management’s understanding of the sources of employee dissatisfaction and too create a model that predicts employee resignation. The process will be to combine the week two learning team assignment and week three findings with week five findings and make recommendations to BIMS by using the statistical tables given in the appendices of the textbook and a statistical analysis application.
The data from the survey does not provide enough information to know the reason for the decrease in employee morale and increase in the turnover rate. The responses were skewed toward the housekeeping employees, making the data obtained from the survey to be an inaccurate representation of the employee population at the Douglas Medical Center site. Hypotheses could include:
Mrs. Brown and I conducted research and the data suggests that there is a high turnover rate at this particular VA site within the first six months of an employee being
