On the above date and time I was conducting a business check of Walmart. While conducting the business check, I was alerted by Walmart Loss Prevention Officer, Marion Edwards, that a White, GMC Yukon, that was missing the front bumper was involved in an attempted theft of a coffee maker approximately two weeks prior. Edwards requested that I make contact with the vehicle, which was parked in row #7 in the Walmart parking lot. Edwards was requesting that I issues a trespass warnings to the vehicle's occupants. I located the vehicle and pulled behind it without my emergency lights activated and I made contact with both the female driver and passenger. Several attempts were made to contact Catellier by Stewart, via cell phone, with negative results. Edwards advised me that Walmart wanted the vehicle removed from the property. Edwards then called a tow company to have the vehicle removed from the property. Both Brasch and Stewart were issued trespass warnings per Edwards request. I advised both subjects that they would be arrested if the returned to Walmart, located at 8701 U.S. Highway 19 in Port Richey. Steward acknowledged, and she signed the trespass warning before leaving the scene with Brasch's cell phone (per her request). Brasch later signed the trespass warning at central booking. While en-route to central booking, Brasch admitted that she was the driver of the vehicle from the theft that occurred several weeks prior. Furthermore, Brasch advised me that the subject who attempted to steal the coffee maker was her ex-boyfriend, identified as Stephen Martin Genualdi. Edwards later confirmed that Genualdi was the subject who attempted the theft by his last arrest photo on the Pasco County Sheriff's Office website. However, Edwards declined to prosecute. Upon arrival, I made contact with Walmart Loss prevention Officer, Fabiano Estrela, who was located in the loss prevention office with the subject, later identified as Nathan. The subject was cooperating with loss prevention and he willingly agreed to wait for the police.
On December 20th at approximately 5:30 p.m. A Hispanic male and a Caucasian male walked out of the Galloway ShopRite with carts full of unpaid merchandise. The Hispanic male took approximately $323.20 and the Caucasian male took about $409.18 of unpaid goods. Store managers went after them, and were able to recover $72.90 in merchandise. The remaining of the stolen merchandise could not be recovered. Management immediately contacted store Security personal, Victoria Winder, who call the police and took pictures of the license plate of the Toyota 4Runner the individuals took off in. The suspects were later identified as William Terpak Jr. and Jocsan Moradel-Flores using ShopRite’s video surveillance.

On 4/27/2018, I was conducting a business check of 8701 US 19 (Walmart) at which time I was approached by business loss prevention employee, Steven Uliano. Steven advised that a male subject identified as being Michael King was at a self-check out register and previously trespassed from this location.
On 05/30/2015, at approximately 1816 hours, your affiant observed a silver Chevrolet Classic occupied by two males. The vehicle circled the block in a counterclockwise manner, repeating a portion of their route. During this time I located the owner of the vehicle utilizing a search through the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The registration indicated the plate belonged to another vehicle and registered to Brittney Fisher, who was not an occupant in the vehicle. I activated my emergency lights initiating a vehicle stop in the 100 block of West Washington Street and while stopping the vehicle I observed the passenger making furtive movements towards the center console.
According to police reports, officers were dispatched to a hit and run call in the 700 block of Vassar. A vehicle has struck two parked vehicle and had left the scene. Officer Seachris arrived and made contact with Officer Wheeler who was with the victims of the accident. Officer Wheeler advised that the vehicle was in the 600 block of Vassar. Officer Seachris proceeded to locate the vehicle, a maroon Chevy pickup with Kansas tag of 005HEY parked in front of 646 S Vassar. The vehicle was registered to a Hispanic female at 628 S Vassar. Officer Seachris made contact with the owner of 646 S Vassar, Christopher M. Upon our arrival we were met by Jerry Thompson, he stated to us that someone had stolen some hand tools and atv wheel and tires from his shop behind his residence. After speaking with Mr. Thompson Sgt. South and I went out to the outside of the shop under a covered parking area and found a yellow in color Can-Am atv on a motorcycle jack without the wheel and tires. After this Mr. Thompson showed us inside of the shop where a tall rolling tool box was and informed us that various hand tools such as socket sets, ratchets and electric impact drivers were taken from. Mr. Thompson also informed us that in the office area inside the shop was a change jar with approximately $20.00 in change was missing and a 30 pack of bud light was missing out of the refrigerator in the office area.
I made contact with the driver (Stanciel, Conswella N. DOB 06/19/86), who related that she did not possess a driver's license. Conswella was checked through LEADS via dispatch, which revealed a no valid driver's license and she was clear with no wants or warrants. She was unable to provide insurance for the vehicle. There was a passenger in the vehicle, who was identified as (Edwards, Shekida D. DOB 07/24/86), she was checked through LEADS, which revealed that she was valid with no wants or warrants. The vehicle was released to Shekida.
Officer Saunders, Officer Torres and I contacted Suspect Jose Guadalupe Arevalo at 13 W. Hammond Street. Arevalo told me the following information in summary: On 03-14-16 at approximately 0930 hours, Arevalo was reportedly approached by Parra in the rear parking lot behind his residence. Parra told Arevalo that he did not properly screw in her vehicle’s inner driver’s door panel.
I, Deputy Grant told dispatch to get in contact with the Billie Joe Anderson from Casey General Store and get more information. I told them to find out the unknown woman 's name, (if known) what she was driving, whom she was with, and what she was wearing, as well as any other information the cshe could remember.
Stephen said on 07/25/2017 he parked his truck in the driveway with a Predator 8750 watt generator on a trailer. Stephen said at 8:00pm on 07/25/2017 the generator was still on the trailer. Stephen said on 07/26/2017 around 7:00am one of his workers noticed the generator was missing. Stephen said the strap on the generator had been cut to remove the generator. Stephen said he had cameras on his property and will review the video to see if the theft was on camera. Stephen said he was not sure if the cameras could see where the trailer was. GULDEN requested his vehicle to be parked in the parking lot across the street if allowed. I advised that it would be fine. Off BOWMAN moved the vehicle and secured the car for GULDEN. PITKITUS had a friend come to the location of the stop to pick him up. GULDEN was transported back to the police dept. after the blood test where the same friend from before waited to give him a ride home. The friend who transported them was Adam JEVELLE in a Dodge Ram pick-up.
Deputy Martin requested assistance from Jacksonville Police Department K-9 who promptly arrived and began the track for the driver of the vehicle. Jacksonville PD’s K-9 Officer Wheeler tracked the driver into the woods and after a short track to a flooded area the scent was lost and the search was terminated.
On 26 June 2017 at 1516 hours, Officers were dispatched to the area of 305 East Penn Street for a theft of a vehicle. Officer were advised the actor was a Rhiannon Meyer and that she had stolen her dad Dodge truck green in color with a plow on the front. and was last seen heading towards Main Street. Officer began to check the area of Main Street, when Unit 191 called out with the vehicle at 100 Pennsylvania Ave, in Shenandoah Heights. Your Affiant (Patrolman William Moyer) along with Patrolman Tyler Dissinger responded to Unit 191 (Chief Livergood) location. At arrival Chief Livergood had MEYER in custody along with the stolen vehicle. MEYER'S was still yelling about someone having a gun in the window of the residence and was not making sense
