On the above date and time Ofc. Zabetka and I responded to Walmart, reference a retail theft in progress. Dispatch advised that LP Officer, Marion Edwards, was following a White female subject. The subject was concealing merchandise in her purse. Upon arrival, Ofc. Zabetka and I made contact with Edwards. Edwards pointed to the subject and positively identified her as the thief. Furthermore, the same subject ran out of Walmart on 06/06/2017 with an unpaid bottle of cologne. I then made contact with the subject, later identified as Amy Lena Maria Culpepper. Culpepper cooperated and pulled two unpaid Walmart clothing items out of her purse. Culpepper was next led to the LP office due to Edwards requesting a trespass warning. Dispatch conducted

Both Brasch and Stewart were issued trespass warnings per Edwards request. I advised both subjects that they would be arrested if the returned to Walmart, located at 8701 U.S. Highway 19 in Port Richey. Steward acknowledged, and she signed the trespass warning before leaving the scene with Brasch's cell phone (per her request). Brasch later signed the trespass warning at central booking.

On 4/27/2018, I was conducting a business check of 8701 US 19 (Walmart) at which time I was approached by business loss prevention employee, Steven Uliano. Steven advised that a male subject identified as being Michael King was at a self-check out register and previously trespassed from this location.
On 03/05/2017 at approximately 1823 hours I recieved a phone call from Likes, Keith in regards to the theft that had occured.
Estrela advised me that Walmart did not want to press charges against the defendant the second time he exited the store and concealed several items in his clothing. Estrela stated "We detained him before he actually exited all poins of sale the second time." Estrela advised me that Walmart did want to pursue criminal charges for the fraudulent return.
Uliano advised me that the defendant entered the store and concealed several Walmart items in several Walmart plastic bags that she brought into the store with her. The bags were then placed into a Walmart shopping cart.

On March 15, 2017, an unidentified woman walked into Target in Alexandria, Virginia. Although this story may sound absurd, I find it very ridiculous that something like this actually happened. Police are looking for a woman who came into the store dressed as a Target employee. Anyone who has ever been to target knows what a Target employee wears to work, a red shirt with khakis. It may also be a coincidence that this lady came in dressed like that. The outcome was compeltely opposite. It turns out that this woman walked into Target dressed as an employee in order to go into the stockroom and ended up stealing $400,000 worth of iPhones. Upon arrival I spoke with John Goecker [APA for Wal-Mart]. John stated he had two individuals in Wal-Mart that have been trespassed from all Wal-Marts. John stated the two identified are Scott Donathan and Crystal Frasure. John stated he has seen Crystal and Scott at the Wal-Mart of Madison several times in the past.
