Here in the third week of the needs assessment being conducted on behalf of our client Sams’s Club a division of Walmart Inc., the focus surrounds the collection and its analysis. Following the collection of data and a meeting was held with Sam’s Club management and a recommendation was made based on this analysis.

In CAB 100 this week, the first activity was listening and watching the first group's presentation. The second group presented a PowerPoint on problem solving and decision making. After the first presentation we took a break and took the second exam. Shortly after the exam the next group presented a PowerPoint on stress management. Once the group was finished, we were then dismissed from class for the week. I felt each group did a good job on their presentations and I enjoyed listening and watching their PowerPoints.

As more mothers join the workforce every year, the implication is that child care is left to other care givers such as in day care. This process, however, has significant effects on the psychosocial development of children because of the differences in environments where the children grow up. Many daycare centers do not provide comprehensive guidance to children because of the number of children present there (Newman & Newman, 2014). As a result, the children fail to learn some basic aspects of life like conflict resolution that can occur for instance when they fight over toys. In most cases, the children play alone and have to learn independently how to interact with others, without the guidance of an adult.
