Many claim the American revolution to be conservative; however, evidence suggests otherwise. Throughout the Eighteenth Century, short term and long term changes occurred within Colonial America. Some of the rapid changes include, and are not limited to, the change of government, the mobility of social status to even the poor, and how mercantilism rapidly changed into capitalism.

The Revolutionary War was a huge moment in history. This had the colonists separate from British control. It was huge for the colonists to break away from British control.

After a victorious win against the French in the long exhausting Seven Years War, the British were quickly faced with another challenged, war debts. Unable to paid off the debts, England decided to raise taxes on their closest allies, the colonists. To this, it ended salutary neglect as Britain rose taxes on stamps, teas, and anything else that was legal by the king. As the years passes, the colonists slowly became intolerant and agreed to join forces with one another against the British, thus began the american revolution. All the Acts and the colonies not wanting to be treated like children any more. This was how the Colonies became their own.

The American Revolution (1775-1783) began because of growing conflicts between American colonies and Britain residents. The identity of the American colonists prior to the American Revolution was dependent on Britain. However, they wanted to change their identity because they wanted their freedom. They did not want Britain controlling them anymore, they wanted to become an independent nation. Britain was not content with this, they wanted to have full control over the colonists, so they began creating acts. The identity of American colonists between 1607 and 1775 led to the American Revolution because of events such as the French and Indian War, Britain's heavy taxation, and also because of the slavery, which caused more diversity.

There have been many famous rebellions in world history, but one of the most famous is the Revolutionary War, starting on April 29th, 1775 to September 3rd, 1783. What lead to the Revolutionary War was several acts/taxes (all without representation), in other words, tighter British control lead to the revolution in colonial America.

The revolutionary war, a time when a still young and growing thirteen colonies began to take a stand to their mother country, Great Britain. With a lack of communication with the American colonies, a sense of “salutary neglect”, a rift began to form between mother and child. Trust in each other was beginning to wane. This rift soon caused a series of chain reactions. With the British enforcing laws that seriously hindered American expansion and trade. Great Britain having losing their trust in the colonist, they did not respect any American leadership and or opinions. Both sides were both to blame for a war that followed their poor decisions and reactions.

The War of Independence is an impact because it made an effect on America by increasing women's rights, decreasing Northern slavery, and transforming the Native American's relation with the colonists.

The Revolutionary War was fought for around eight years. It was a war between Britain and the Patriots. To the Patriots, it was a war fought for freedom. The war demonstrated the democratic ideals of the Patriots by fighting for freedom and to be free, but those are ideas were not upheld because the Patriots owned slaves and would not let them be free. The first slaves that were brought to America came around the year of 1619.

The Revolutionary War began in 1775 and ended in1783. The parties involved included Great Britain’s thirteen North American colonies, and the colonial government representing the British crown. Trouble had been brewing and the Americans were ready to claim their rights and independence. The British were passing laws that greatly benefitted themselves, while inconveniencing the Americans. Parliament was pushing through laws that placed taxes on colonists.

During the late 1700s, it was the start of the American Revolution and people were taking sides. The American Revolution started due to different beliefs in how to govern the colonies. Majority of the Americans were not appeased with the way British government were governing. However there were still several who were satisfied with the way Parliament ruled. Today, America is a free, independent country which would not be here if it were not for the Patriots vigorous determination. I am doing a synthesis write on what I know about the revolutionary war. My claim is: you may think that the colonists and loyalists were different because they were fighting against each other, However in many different ways they are the same.

Britain had just defeated France in the French and Indian War. The treaty that ended the war gave Britain most of France's territory in North America. That territory stretched from the Appalachian Mountains in the east to the Mississippi River and included much of Canada. Most American colonists took pride in being part of the British Empire, which was then the world's most powerful empire.

For many, after the dreadful seven years’ war all thought it could only get better. Britain sustained a massive debt leaving them in a hole so deep you could not see light. Britain had sought to acquire all nessary funds to help lessen the debt as much as possible, leaving the people angered, especially people from the colonies. Britain began to impose an abundance of unsanctioned taxes on them. The American colonist were infuriated with such actions, arguing that they it was not consulted. In accordance to all these events many had took it up themselves to express their opinion with action.

Prior to 1775, America was an isolated land with only Native Americans. Soon after, Britain sent hundreds of people to America who looking for better opportunities in a new land. As a result, people began a new life in America. People had full range of naturals resources that help with the construction of houses and schools. Eventually, people moved and spread to other parts of America in which was created the 13 colonies of Britain.
