The scope of this document is to outline the process and procedures take to ensure the Kudler Fine Foods is in the best position to maintain the Frequent Shopper Rewards program that Smith consulting has put into place. Create procedures for post-unit testing and audits. Third will be participation and feedback for all activities related to QA and unsure there is a format for all relevant feedback. Fourth will be to monitor all areas of the project and ensure that project leaders provide timely updates on project statuses. The outline for individual tasks completed by each stores QA follows. First it is noted that every team member is responsible for ensuring the quality of each member’s work. Each team member is responsible for maintaining an issues database for the assigned store. The individual QA is also responsible for all reviews and inspections at each location to prove that the Customer Rewards Program is operating at its highest level. Structure Within each department a system is implemented to ensure a quality product. The qa manager will ensure the compliance of every policy and procedure. The QA manager will review and approve every action taken by the QA organizations team. The QA team will also be responsible for all testing. The project leader will be responsible for scheduling all testing procedures with the QA manager. A genogram is a tool that is used in counseling to plot a client’s family of origin. Not only plotting like one would a family tree but also experiences that occurred within the family. According to Corey and Corey (2014) a genogram can start simple and then can become complex picture of a family and issues and struggles within a family.

Over the past five weeks, data has been collected from the process of getting my daughter, Sophie, ready for daycare in the morning. I have selected Apple as the company that I will be following financially for the duration of Accounting 561. Not only am I a passionate Apple user, I also believe in how the company develops, creates, and markets their product lines for consumer use. They have created products that are so complex at their core with an extremely simple user experience, which has been nothing short of remarkable to watch from the time I was a child through adulthood. I look forward to studying the company and their financials further as we dive deeper into Accounting 561.
Transformative learning is basically changing the way one thinks, feels, acts, and sees life now, as opposed to the past. It can have a small or huge impact on the way they see different aspects of their life. The four stages of the transformative learning process are: Recognizing a specific problem – this is when one would decide if there is a need for change. They would recognize that there is a problem and specifically what it is. Confronting the problem intensely – They would then avoid apprehension and immediately confront the problem, while remembering to consider all possible solutions.
Since people and customers to be specific come from different cultural backgrounds, considering and understanding the cultural background and practices of every market niche. Due to the increase in racial and ethnic diversity in the United Sates there is a great need to provide counseling interventions that cater for social issues that are attributed to the racial and ethnic diversity. Presently, efforts are being made to implement social justice advocacy strategies and interventions into counseling practices. Thus, counselors are encouraged to be agents and advocates for social justice, oppression, and discrimination (Ratts & Hutchins, 2009). At the forefront of social justice counseling approaches, is the need to empower the oppressed or marginalized individual by confronting injustices and inequalities that affect the individual at the systemic level (Pedersen, Lonner, Draguns, Trimble, & Rio, 2015).
What most surprised me this week was just how similar, by the 1980s, the Progressive-Conservatives and the Liberals when it came to government policy.
