•Are they wet or dry on the inside?

•Which part of the pumpkin do you think we can eat?

•Which pumpkin do you think has the most seeds?

2.Cut a circle around the tops of each pumpkin and pass one out to each groups(3)

3.Using spoons, or hands, ask them to scoop out the seeds

4.Use the seeds students scooped out for Pumpkin Math Mats activities.
