National Trust Company has several facilities among them the 255,000 hectares of land, castle, mills, forest, pubs and goldmines. The above facilities enable the organization to diversify its services hence meeting the customer’s needs and expanding its profit margin (PAHL & RICHTER 2007).

My marketing mix targets the high class people- individuals with high levels of income in UK and any other part of the world where they have a branch. The services are designed in a manner to meet the needs of wealthy people, the foods offered in our hotels is quality and also most food staff offered are fast foods which are highly demanded by the high class citizens. Pizza and hamburger are the common foods in our hotel. Our catering services will also include accommodation services. Our lodging room are prestigious fitted with luxurious furniture, there is also a swimming pool in our hotel and is also a casino and pool table in our hotel. Wealthy people loves been associated with expensive hence we will be targeting to sell our golden items to them (LEWIS & CHAMBERS

SWOT-As we learned swot stands for strengths, weaknesses, organization, and tasks. This is used in all firms to make necessary changes. This is especially useful in healthcare organizations. The Hartford (2017, n.d.), states that ‘A SWOT analysis examines four aspects of performance that typically determine the success or failure of a company, employees or even an individual. It’s one task/variable to make a list of your company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. It’s another task/variable to take that information and develop a plan of action,’ (The Hartford). A vital part of the strategic planning process is the (SWOC) analysis. SWOC stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Challenges. This information can be used to create ideas for strategic interventions that can shape and guide organizational decisions and actions designed to create public value (Bryson, 2004, pg. 124). Strategic planning is used to solve important issues within organizations. It can help organizations build on strengths and take advantage of major opportunities while overcoming or minimizing weaknesses and serious challenges (Bryson, 2004, pg. 27). Stakeholders and employees can provide detailed information for an SWOC analysis.
Wells Fargo is an American multinational diversified financial services company. The company operates throughout the world. It is one of the largest banks in the US in the state of assets. Moreover, Wells Fargo is the largest market capitalization bank in the US. It takes the second category in the field of deposits, delivery of home mortgage services, and delivery of credit cards. The company has its headquarters in Francisco, California. The company has coverage of more than twenty-four states in the US. In every state, it has established its headquarters that act as distribution and storage regions for the company's products and services. The company offers insurance, banking, mortgage, and consumer financing through the sale and distribution of its networks across the US. The advantages of Wells Fargo Company are widely distributed: they have helped it realize a stable market in the United States and around the globe.

In this first section of the Social Media Plan for Wells Fargo, it will discuss the internal and external environments of the company, this will also include a SWOT analysis. Following this analysis, the corporate objectives for social media will be discussed as well as the target market analysis.
In 1974, there were an even number of REITs between three types 12 equity, 12 Mortgage and 10 Hybrid; however, in 2006, the number of equity REITs increased to significant number (138) while there were 38 Mortgage REITs. On the other hand, the number of Hybrid REITs had reduced to only 7. Due to the recent financial crisis, the number of REITs in 2008 reduced to a total of 136 with 113 of them are Equity, 20 are Mortgage and only 3 Hybrid. As of 2014, due to the recovery of the US economy, the number of REIT increased to 216. Among those, 177 are Equity REITs, 39 are Mortgage while there are no Hybrid REITs.

The Bargaining Power of Customers: this differs on the variety of deal the client needs. While swapping costs continue high, the propagation of cloud technology recovers the mobility of customers, particularly for small business, general bookkeeping and tax services. Conversely, converting costs in specialist areas and corporate clients stay high, and are showing no signs of reduction any time soon.
Andrews Corporation is a multimillion dollar company that was designed when the parent company was mandated by the SEC in a monopoly settlement. This action resulted in six smaller companies. Along with the other five companies when the government split a monopoly into identical competitors, Andrews manufactures and sells sensors in five diverse market segments. As a monopoly, operating inefficiencies and poor product offerings were not addressed because increasing costs could be passed onto customers. Secondly, mediocre products would sell because customers had no other choices. Although last year’s financial results were decent, it is now our job increase product sales, marketing strategies, efficient production, and proper financial management to achieve financial greatness.
The company consistently provides superior customer services to its clients before and after providing investment solutions (Invesco Ltd., 2013).
