I personally don’t like to eat out much. I only go out and eat when there are any special occasions. The last time I went out eating was with my boyfriend on our first anniversary. We went to The Cheesecake Factory which is also on of my favorite places to dine in.
The Cheesecake Factory is very familiar with everyone now. This place is famous for their cheesecakes as well as the diversity of food to choose from. The Cheesecake Factory was established in the 1940s by Oscar and Evelyn Overton. Mrs. Overton personally made baked cheesecakes in the basement of their home for the best local restaurants. I think anyone can do that, no need to depend on any person. So in case if it was really busy, a single person cannot prepare cheesecake for all the customers in the same time, others can help. Besides, I believe ethics are a collection of principles and practices that a business believes in and aims to live by. The Cheesecake Factory’s mission statement and more specific policies about conduct to give employees, partners, vendors, and outsiders an idea of what the corporation stands for and how it’s staff should conduct themselves. Key areas that are of significant importance to The Cheesecake Factory start with the general standards of conduct in how all its employees will be treated by fellow employees and by management. The standards deals the basic values that we all have, with the expectation of building trust, loyalty, honesty, respect, and a high level of professionalism within the company. This will create a positive working environment that will uplift the attitudes and morale of its employees and depending on what your position is could increase productivity and customer relations. All jobs have a certain amount stress related to it, but having those basic codes of the takes away a lot the negative personal stress that can arrive on the job.
In conclusion, I still consider The Cheesecake Factory is my favorite place to eat. Even though I had a bad experience there once, I think that they can improve it better.
My most favorite of all time restaurants to dine at is The Cheesecake Factory. This restaurant is a famous corporate chain of restaurants that offers a widespread variety of all types of American dishes and of course specializes in the most amazing variety of the best tasting cheesecakes. I love the experience of dining at the Cheesecake factory because the atmosphere is so welcoming and the artwork on the ceilings make you feel very lavish, the food is great and the service is excellent. A particular visit last month proved to me that Cheesecake factory lives up to the expectations of its guests.
Another limit to ethical behaviour at McDonald’s might be training and discipline within the company. For example, if an experienced employee was selected for a course or was offered a promotion, another employee might find it unfair and discriminative. Similar situation could possibly happen when it comes to discipline, for example a manager would treat employees making the same mistake differently and favour one person more than another. If any of the employees made an official complaint about any of those, it could lead to publicity’s hesitation and bad relations between employees within the company and its suppliers.

My favorite restaurant to eat at is Chick-Fil-A. I like Chick-Fli-A because the food is good, the wait is not long, and the employees are always nice. I have always enjoyed eating at Chick-Fli-A. When I was younger I would always try to get done eating fast so I could go play in the small indoor playground. There would always be a lot of kids in the play area. We would play hide-and-go-seek or whatever other game that we wanted.
Set in the 1980s, Duong Thu Huong 's 'Paradise of the Blind ' narrates the life of a 20 years old Vietnamese lady, Hang, as she makes a long train ride to Moscow where she reflects on her childhood in Vietnam during the time of Communist reign. In the two selected passages from Paradise of the Blind, Huong emphasizes that food, which reveals one 's status in the hierarchy of the social order, is often a powerful form of human expression that is used to quantify one 's love and respect from others, specifically among family members.

The case “Does this milkshake taste funny?” presents a situation, where company employees were confronted with an ethical decision. Their thoughts and actions were shaped by several factors, including their personal moral values and the corporate culture engendered by the management of the company for which they work. This case provides an example of how a lack of a code of ethics or ethical training within a corporation can lead to negative consequences. The major players in the case are the night shift employees of Eastern Dairy, and the management of this company that set up the rules and expectations for the night shift. As far back as I can remember, I have always liked going out to eat. Two of my favorite restaurants are Jake’s and McDonald’s. Though both are places to dine they have their differences in their ambiance, waiting, and expense. When deciding where to go to eat, I have three things to think about. I must consider the atmosphere or where I want to go. The amount of time I have is another consideration. The amount of money that I am able to spend is a big influence.
