For my mechanical modeling project I will be doing a bicycle bell. The reason I am doing a bicycle bell is because the mechanics are simple but will teach me a lot. Amid these intellectuals, my uncle, a mechanical engineer is the most renowned. A Fulbright scholar and pioneer of “Renewable Energy Research” in Nepal, growing up he was my role model; I was his favorite kid among others too. My uncle once said “We engineers are the problem solvers and our service is commensurate to the number of people we solve the problems for.” His altruism was compelling and I have been inspired eversince.
