Question
Chapter 7.2, Problem 4CC
Summary Introduction
To determine:
Whether ATP, NADPH, and O2 produced in the stoma or in the thylakoid lumen.
Introduction:
There are two stages that are involved with the process of photosynthesis; these are light reactions and the Calvin cycle. The occurrence of light reactions takes place in the thylakoid lumen, and the Calvin cycle takes place in the stroma.
