Concept Introduction: Employee empowerment is a result expected from a set of practices in the organization. The objective is to decentralize the decision making (especially at the operations level) down the line. This is found to result in significant improvement in the motivation and morale of the work force. It also releases load on the senior officer so that they can concentrate on improvements.
The managements introduce various procedures and practices to achieve this.
